The short version of how we work together.

Scope
Each plan covers one workflow, as written in its spec. Anything outside the spec is quoted separately before we start.
Ownership
You own the workflows, the accounts they run on and the spec. We keep the right to reuse general methods, never your data.
Payment
Spec and Build are paid half up front and half on handover. Run is billed monthly and can be stopped with thirty days notice.
Data
We only touch the data the spec names, and only for as long as the run needs it.
